that's so beautiful the clouds below that beautiful sky. I want some pictures like that too.
I think it depends on where you are. This is taken in Burma during autumn so anywhere along the same latitude/longitude will get you great pics...e.g. South America.
Sometimes it is just luck so don't forget the camera. I keep mine with me everywhere I go.
